How our technology works

Image to Prompt provides a user-friendly interface built on top of third-party AI capabilities to deliver a specialized prompt engineering workflow. We integrate with models such as Gemini and GPT to power our image analysis and prompt workflow features.

Important: Image to Prompt is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider. If third-party platform or model names are mentioned for compatibility context, all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Billing and support

• Paid plans are credit-based and renew automatically each billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings > Billing.
• Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

Data and retention

• Depending on the feature, uploaded files may be temporarily stored or cached by our infrastructure providers so uploads, prompt workflows, and history features can work correctly.
• We do not sell uploaded files or use them to train our own models.
• Retention windows can differ across features and plans, especially when history or billing records are involved.

Billing operations

• Checkout may be handled by providers such as Creem, Stripe, or PayPal.
• After purchase, customers can review invoices, payment methods, and subscription status from the billing area or provider portal when available.
• If a billing issue happens, contact support with the purchase email and invoice details so we can verify the order quickly.
