Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not do when using Image to Prompt.
It applies to free use, paid plans, API access when available, and any related support or affiliate workflows.

You must not use the service to

  • break the law or help others break the law
  • upload, process, or distribute exploitative sexual content, including any child sexual abuse material
  • create or distribute non-consensual intimate content, harassment, threats, or targeted abuse
  • generate fraud, phishing, impersonation, malware, spam, or deceptive commercial activity
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights
  • bypass product limits, safety filters, account controls, or billing controls
  • interfere with service reliability, security, or availability

AI and content safety

You are responsible for the material you upload and the way you use outputs.
Do not use Image to Prompt to generate or transform content for illegal, violent extremist, hateful, or abusive purposes.

If you upload reference images, you must have the right to use them for your intended workflow.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse and take action including:

  • automated safety screening before generation or editing requests are accepted
  • removing content or access
  • limiting product features
  • canceling subscriptions or accounts
  • reporting activity when required by law or to protect users, providers, or the public
